With the right care, your INVÉRA Invisible Wefts remain soft, natural and beautifully blended. A considered routine helps preserve the quality, movement and longevity of the hair while protecting your natural hair.
Brush your hair daily using an extension brush or a professional brush recommended by your specialist.
Always support the weft by gently holding the band while brushing to avoid unnecessary tension on the attachment. Start at the ends and slowly work your way upwards, section by section. This helps prevent pulling and protects both the weft and your natural hair.
Cleanse your hair using only carefully selected products advised by your specialist. This helps preserve the quality, softness and longevity of the hair while supporting the health of your natural hair.
While rinsing, tilt your head slightly forward and allow the weft to rest naturally against the back of your head. This reduces tension and helps protect the delicate natural hair at the root.
Gently squeeze excess water from your hair rather than rubbing it. Use a microfiber towel to absorb moisture and blow-dry using low to medium heat, following the natural fall of the hair to maintain its softness and structure.
When using heated styling tools, do not exceed 160°C.
Before swimming, saturate your hair with clean water and apply a leave-in conditioner or a product from your recommended care routine to create a protective layer.
Wear your hair in a braid or bun to minimise exposure to chlorine, salt and heat. Afterwards, gently cleanse the hair and restore hydration with your care routine.
Be mindful of prolonged sun exposure, as this can dry out the hair and cause the colour to fade more quickly.
When using sunscreen, choose a mineral-based formula. Avoid products containing avobenzone, oxybenzone or octocrylene, as these ingredients can react with the hair and may cause unwanted orange or pink discolouration, particularly in lighter tones and highlights.
Being aware of this helps preserve the clarity, softness and tone of your hair.
Wear your hair in a loose braid or low ponytail while sleeping to help protect the hair and minimise unnecessary movement.
A silk pillowcase or silk bonnet can help reduce friction and maintain the smoothness of your Invisible Wefts overnight.
Schedule your professional maintenance every 6 to 8 weeks.
Regular maintenance helps keep your wefts correctly positioned, comfortable and invisible while allowing your hair professional to check both the extensions and your natural hair.
