INVÉRA Invisible Weft Fundamentals is an intensive hands-on training for hair professionals who already work with extensions and want to deepen their knowledge and placement technique.
You don’t need to be advanced, and it doesn’t matter which extension technique you currently work with.
During this training, you learn not only how to place a weft, but how to determine which placement suits the woman in your chair.
A personalised placement starts with
understanding the hair, scalp and desired result.
During the training, you learn to work with:

During Fundamentals, you work with one row,
consisting of a maximum of three wefts and
approximately 75 grams of hair.

Invisible results are built through knowledge, precision and conscious choices. From custom color blending and model preparation to tools, materials and hands-on practice, every detail of the training is designed to help you work with more confidence behind the chair.
Colour is an essential part of an invisible result.
You learn how to combine different INVÉRA Invisible Weft shades into a personalised color blend that reflects the tones and nuances of your model’s natural hair.
By combining colours, you can create more depth, dimension or a subtle highlight effect without automatically colouring the natural hair.
You work on your own real model throughout the training.
This allows you to work with a natural scalp shape, different growth directions, scalp movement and the actual density and structure of the hair.
Rather than memorising one standard placement, you learn to look, understand, combine and consciously place.
After the training, we recommend continuing to practise on a training head to further develop your routine and speed.

Training format
A hands-on day training in a small group.
Model
Every participant works on their own model.
The model receives one row consisting of a maximum of three wefts and approximately 75 grams of hair.
Included during the day
Lunch, snacks and drinks.
Your model’s hair must be:
- Clean
- Completely dry
- Free from styling products
- Preferably washed without conditioner beforehand
We recommend discussing the cost of the hair used during the training with your model in advance. This allows you to use that investment to replenish your salon stock afterwards.
Before the training, we ask you to send us clear photographs of your model’s hair together with information about the existing colours and nuances.
During the training, we determine which INVÉRA colours and custom color blend best complement the natural hair.
The INVÉRA Base Package contains the most frequently used base colours. The remaining INVÉRA shades are also available during the training.
If another colour is better suited to your model, the composition of the Base Package can be adjusted accordingly.
You are welcome to work with your own trusted professional tools during the training.
INVÉRA will make sure all professional tools and materials required throughout the training are available.

Invisible Weft Fundamentals is not offered as a standalone training and forms part of the INVÉRA Starter Package.
The INVÉRA guarantee applies exclusively when the recommended care products are used and the guidelines within this Care Guide are followed.

From there, you make conscious choices in placement, colour and technique.
